Quotes & payments
We provide a custom quote after a free consultation. Pricing, milestones and payment terms are set out in that quote. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and the content, access and approvals we need to deliver the work. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.
Intellectual property
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you on full payment, unless agreed otherwise. We may use third-party tools and licences, and may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.
Support & changes
Support and maintenance terms are described in your quote. Significant changes to an agreed scope may require a revised quote.
Limitation of liability
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
