Cancellations
You may cancel a project at any time. You will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date; any unused, pre-paid amount beyond that is refunded.
Recurring & third-party costs
Subscriptions, hosting, domains and other third-party costs follow those providers' terms and are typically non-refundable once purchased on your behalf.
